I Bought a Vintage Camper!

Inner Beauty

I picked up the '59 this morning from the storage lot.  The exterior work has been done, and our first camping trip of the season is booked!  You know what that means...It's finally time to start decorating!

I made a fun art piece from a Scrabble board and tiles.  It hangs on the wall above the dining booth.  These well-known lyrics sum up exactly what we're hoping to find on our camping adventures.

Here is our dining booth all laid out for a cozy dinner for two.

Patches of a bohemian print wallpaper and retro mini-fridge add pops of whimsy and color, giving the '59 her unique charm.

These patches of sticky goop just wouldn't come off, so ...

I covered 'em up with hardware store yardsticks.  They measure up quite nicely.

Our nest has been made with a cozy cotton quilt and feather pillows, 2 rows deep, for ideal snuggleability and softiness!

The bespoke market crate and vintage basket tower of inspiration provides great storage, all while looking simply fab!

It is incredibly satisfying to see my vision come to fruition!
She's light, bright, funky, and fun!
